I woke up at 8:15and had 4 scrambled eggs and 1 "large" avocado for breakfast. Then drove to San Marcos to work from 10:00-6:00. I am just now starting to get hungry (its 12:45pm) and brought some left-over baked chicken that i made yesterday afternoon with me to work for lunch.
1:30 - One big left-over baked chicken breast with garlic powder and an apple
2:45 - Hand seperated trail mix from work. They contained peanuts and m&ms and i sorted through three small bags taking out and throwing away the non-paleo items. Included in the mix was raisons, dried fruit and almonds :)
Good stuff! Must have been annoying picking out all that non paleo food and throwing it away...
