6:30- banana
7:30- lots of bacon and two cups of black coffee
snacking on banana chips right now .. sooo sleepy @ work!!
2:30 banana and almond butter
so after work at three, i was so exhausted and went home and crashed untill 6:00! I feel nice and rested but my body needed food- now my stomach hurts and i just got done eating 5 peices of bacon and some beef chunk things, about to make some eggs also.
