stuck at work from 7:00-3:00 today, then attending the WLCF class at 6:30 tonight.
6:30- 4 scrambles eggs
8:00- snacking on mized fruit -cantelope, strawberries, pineaple, grapes
i brought my leftovers from last nights dinner to work with me for lunch, as well as a few paleo brownie peices for "dessert."
